Flat Roofing
PVC membrane for Birdseye restaurants, commercial kitchens, and facilities with rooftop grease exhaust or chemical exposure. PVC resists oils and animal fats that destroy TPO and EPDM membranes. We install IB Roof Systems and Duro-Last PVC with factory-fabricated accessories for watertight penetration details. Built-up roofing (BUR) uses 3 or 4 plies of fiberglass felt in hot asphalt with a gravel or cap sheet surface. Oldest proven flat roof system, with 30+ year service life in Indiana. We still install BUR when the application calls for it.

Emergency Roof Repair
Fallen tree damage requires immediate structural assessment before tarping. If a tree has displaced rafters, cracked a ridge beam, or pushed through ceiling joists, the structure is compromised. We assess from both exterior and attic, coordinate with structural engineers or framing contractors when needed, and tarp only areas that are structurally stable enough to support the tarp hardware. Insurance claims for tree strikes require separate line items for tree removal, structural repair, and roofing repair. We document each scope independently.

Skylight Installation
Skylight replacement on existing curbs: VELUX FCM curb-mount units install directly on the existing curb frame. No structural modification, no interior disruption. The FCM sits on the curb with a built-in sill pan and integrates with a new QCM flashing kit. Low-E4 laminated glass with argon fill provides R-value improvements over older skylights. Solar-powered blinds and venting available on VSS models. The 10-year No Leak Installation Warranty requires VELUX-certified installation with the complete flashing system.
